Parkinson Aquatic Centre Wins National Aquatic Industry Safety Award

Congratulations to everyone associated with the design, construction and operation of the Parkinson Aquatic Centre, who have been awarded the ‘Excellence in Aquatic Safety – Innovative and Safe Design’ as part of the National Aquatic Industry Safety Awards.

Innovative and well in advance of the city’s minimum safety standards, Parkinson Aquatic Centre was designed with clear supervision, accessibility, and inclusiveness in mind.

Appreciated by locals for the many family friendly features of the facility, the Parkinson Aquatic Centre project has now also been recognised by Royal Life Saving – Australia for the many safety features incorporated into the design of the facility.

Spantech is proud to be be part of the team that envisaged and delivered this impressive project. Along with City Venue Management and Liquid Blu, Spantech constructed this state of the art facility for Brisbane City Council.
