Welcome to Brisbane’s new riverside village featuring Spantech’s largest Longreach 800 underslung roof.
Yeerongpilly Green Village is large, modern, mixed use, retail, commercial, dining and entertainment centre.
Designed by award winning architects BVN, the retail village includes a Woolworths supermarket, specialty retailers, a dining precinct, major gym and wellness precinct, boutique commercial office space and basement car parking.
Spantech supplied and erected the two large roofs which appear to float above the main arcades. One is a traditional overslung Longreach 800 roof.
The other arcade is covered by what is to-date Spantech’s largest Longreach 800 underslung roof. Each roof sheet is 58.4 metre long, winched into position, and suspended under a series of overhead external structural frames.
This approach accentuates the clean, uncluttered lines of the Longreach 800 profile.
