To determine which are the most popular products, ArchitectureAndDesign.com.au analyse the click-through rates from the Architecture & Design Product Newsletter. The Newsletter is emailed to over 11,000 Architects and industry professionals.
2015 in Review
The announcement caps off a very busy and successful year for Spantech.
Defence
The company completed a major new explosives storage facility at RAAF WIlliamtown. It is a critical part of the Facilities Requirements For The New Air Combat Capability (NACC) project. Spantech will complete more stages of this project in 2016.
Spantech also upgraded Department of Defence facilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
New Spantech ESH buildings were constructed at two explosives depots in New Zealand.
Education
Spantech completed eight Education Projects in 2015.
The year kicked off with two new buildings for the Lourdes Hill College – The Bernadette Centre and the Lourdes Hill Sports Centre. Grove Christian College, Blackwater State School and Padua College all have new Spantech Shade Structures over double basketball courts. Rockhampton State High School is the proud owners of an Indoor multipurpose court with an amenities block and store. Townsville Christian College is a brand new school with a Spantech roof linking eight classrooms and an amenities block.
The largest of the Spantech Education projects in 2015 was for Shallom College Sports Centre, a shade structure over three basketball courts with an amenities block and sports store.
Swimming Pools
Swimming Pool projects were also popular in 2015. Spantech worked with City Venue Management to upgrade the Logan West Swim Centre and the Colmslie Aquatic Centre Gymnasium.
In late 2015 Spantech started building the Parkinson Aquatic Centre for the Brisbane City Council. The project will be completed mid-2016.
